BRIGHTON POEM-A-THON - Sunday 11th December

Seasonal greetings!  This Sunday I shall be one of 60 poets (including Grace Nichols, Sarah Howe & Sasha Dugdale) raising funds for the Refugee Council. Take a look at our Just Giving page: Please come and support us

Meanwhile, apologies for the long blog silence. I have been in Australia, USA and South Korea this year, accompanying Chris on three major art projects (see his website
But we're back now and working on a new spring programme for VERT Institute (watch this space) and trying to make sense of the new (or one might say, now-illuminated) political landscape.

I am also reading my poetry at the Needlewriters, Lewes, on Thursday 12th January:

Exchange, the exhibition based on our Cape Farewell rural residency, will be shown at Schumacher College, Dartington, during the Symposium on Language, Landscape and the Sublime,
29-30th June 2016
